- Common spacesThis is where most work activity takes place, and a distance of two meters must be maintained between all employees. To ensure this safe distance is maintained, partitions should be installed between staff to isolate them and prevent the spread of infection. Similarly, placing arrows on the office floor can encourage people to walk in the same direction and avoid crowding.
- Dining roomHere, it's necessary to establish schedules to avoid everyone being there at the same time. Meal and break times can be scheduled or extended to minimize occupancy levels. Installing partitions for isolation is also recommended.
- Meeting RoomIn this case, one option is to bring out the extra chairs and mark where each chair should be placed to maintain social distancing, thus establishing the maximum number of people allowed at each conference. Another way to adapt to these circumstances is to limit in-person meetings.
